In the holidays me and my sister went to Waihi beach to see Nan. When we were going to the beach, Madison found a stake park.So we went back to the cottage and grabbed our scooters.When we got there I went around the bowl and my Nan is really good at scootering. When we got back we had ice cream and her garden is full of sand because there was no more dirt left. The next day mum came and got us and we went home.

On Sunday me,my Mum,my Dad and my sister got in the car to go to Paihia.It took 5 hours to get there.When we got there I was so excited because there was a hot tub and kayaks. When we got inside I went and unpacked my bag.The next day we went on the ferry to Russell.At Russell we went to the old print press and we learnt how to make old Maori prayer books.

My dad found his favorite lolly. When we got back we got into our good clothes and went to 35 Degrees South. For dinner I got garlic prawns and for dessert I got fresh fruit with dipping chocolate and it was yum.The next day we went  kayaking and it was fun. On the last day at 12:00 we signed out and got in the car for another 5 hours.
